Buying Guide

After receiving the completed "Order Form" from the buyer, payment details including artwork price, packaging charges, all applicable taxes, insurance, handling, freight and framing charges (if opted) , will be informed to the buyer. 

After receiving the entire amount the artwork will be marked as 'SOLD' on our site and it will be despatched when the amount is cleared.

If the requisite amount of payment is not cleared then the item will be available for sale again. Further details regarding Availability, Pricing and Payment are mentioned below: 

Availability of the artwork :
Indianartworks.com maintains a collection of records of artworks of artists being trained or has been trained in the various Visual Art training Institutions. Some artworks may occasionally be unavailable for immediate delivery due to various reasons like loan to an exhibition. In such case we will inform the buyer when the artwork ordered would be available for despatch. In rare cases, the artwork the buyer has selected to buy might have got sold out to an earlier buyer. Should this occur we would find a suitable replacement if desired. The Cheque / Demand Draft send by the buyer would be cashed when the artwork is available for immediate despatch. 

Pricing of the artwork:
The Price indicated against the item is the price of the original artwork. Packaging charges, all applicable taxes, insurance, handling, freight and framing charges are to be provided in excess by the buyer excluding the original price as quoted alongside the artwork. In case of International orders, additional charges such as import taxes and tariffs may apply when shipping to some countries and the same will have to be borne by the buyer.

Payment Options:
Payments will be accepted only through Cheques / Demand Drafts in Indian National Rupees for artwork ordered in India, and US Dollars for all international orders. Demand Drafts should be drawn on Inertia Solutions payable at Calcutta. In case of international orders, additional charges such as import taxes may apply when shipping to some countries and the same will have to be borne by the buyer and payment will have to be made separately before delivery. Indianartworks.com will only deliver the selected item after the full clearance of the payment from the buyer. Buyers can also send in their requests for availing other modes of payment.
